Guided "full yogic" breathing
Complete breathing, or yogic breathing, is a Pranayama technique that combines the three types of breathing (abdominal, thoracic, and clavicular), taking advantage of our entire lung capacity. Practice it before the posture session or also at the beginning and end of breathing, concentration, and meditation practices.

Probably the most difficult yoga posture is Savasana, the relaxation posture that is usually practiced at the end of the series of postures.
That posture in which we lie face up on the floor to relax after doing other postures is, according to yogis, the most complex and profound asana of all... and the most difficult to do well!
